Welcome!   My name is Anne DeJulia.  I attended New Jersy City State University as an undergraduate receiving a degree in Speech and Teacher of the Handicapped.  I continued my graduate education at Montclair State University receving my masters degree as a Reading Specialist.  For many years I continued my graduate studies at Paterson State University and Montclair State University recieving various certifications (Early Childhood, Elementary, School Social Worker, Student Personnel, and Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant).

I started my career working in Lyndhurt as a special education teacher.  I then  joined the Child Study Team as  School Social Worker and currently, Learning Disabilitis Teacher-Consultant.  As the Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant, I work with students who are experiencing academic difficulties in their classes.   Finding their academic strenghts and weakness will help the student to understand why they are not successful academically. I also act as a liason for the Homeless and 504 students within the district.  As the SAT coordinator for high school students, I coordinate the applications for high school special education students who are taking the SAT.  As the APA coordinator, I coordinate for the State those students who take an APA in place of the HSPA.
